My name is Rosanna-Ashley but everyone calls me Rose. I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii & moved to San Francisco, California in 2006. I have been practicing the art of makeup ever since I was a little girl. I used to sneak into my mother's vanity & play with all her lipsticks & blushes. It was inevitable that one day I pursue a career in the artistry/beauty industry as I was raised by two very artistic and highly talented individuals - my mom, a floral designer/flower shop owner & grandmother, a skillful seamstress. Creativity is in my blood & I enjoy expressing my creativity through my artistry. Makeup is my art & I love sharing my passion with others.
I have over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. I have been a permanent certified makeup artist at MAC cosmetics for over 6 years (2006-2012). I am currently a makeup artist/brand ambassador for luxury cosmetic brands found in Sephora, Nordstrom, Space NK, and Blue Mercury locations across the SF/Bay Area. I specialize in weddings, photo shoots (model, maternity, engagements, boudoir, etc.), prom, & special occasions. My work has been featured on StyleMePretty & I have been recognized on TheKnot's - Best of Weddings list of beauty vendors.
My goal as an artist is to simply enhance your natural beauty and accentuate your best features with my attention to detail, artistic & creative skills. I promise to make you look & feel the most glamorous on your special day. I will travel anywhere in the Bay Area, fully equipped with brush belt in hand.
