Bed, Bath & Beyond - Beauty Haul

Bed, Bath & Beyond - Beauty Haul | www.roziecheeks.com
Love Bed, Bath & Beyond! I can get lost in all the aisles & end up with a cart full of stuff I don't need. Not only is it great for household goods, they have a pretty decent Beauty department. I can't speak for all locations but the nearest BB&B to me is clean & well stocked with products.

Bed, Bath & Beyond has become one of my favorite places to shop for drugstore beauty products mainly because every month they send me coupons in the mail for $5 off a $15 purchase or 20% any product. Who doesn't love saving $$? Plus they don't really expire. They'll totally honor any of your old coupons! So don't throw them away.
For my current haul (which was about a month ago) I picked up items I was out of or running low on.

1) Yes to Tomatoes CLEAR skin | blemish clearing facial wipes

When I first purchased these facial wipes I wasn't too fond of the scent. It's not unpleasant or anything just a bit strong for my liking. However, I got used to them and actually like these wipes for their sole purpose of clearing blemishes. The wipes contain 1.0% Salicylic Acid. My honey loves them & pretty much uses them daily as part of his skin cleansing routine. Love that this brand is manufactured close to home in San Francisco, CA. It's cruelty free and made with natural ingredients. I haven't tried the entire YesTo line but I plan to. They all seem like great products, so stay tuned for more reviews!

2) Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof Mascara

This is pretty much a staple when it comes to drugstore waterproof mascara. It's super affordable & not to mention, always featured in magazines as one of the top drugstore mascaras. My lashes aren't super long but aren't short either. I usually depend on an eyelash curler to get them just right & waterproof mascara helps maintain that curl. This formula is an absolute must for coating my bottom lashes!

3) Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque

This is my alternative drugstore mask when I'm not using my Aztec clay mask. Sometimes I want something quick and easy without having to mix products and this basically does the trick. For the price, you can't go wrong! I'll usually leave the mask on for about 15 mins and remove with a warm damp cloth. I prefer the damp cloth over just warm water because I feel it works more efficiently as far as removing the clay & any dead skin. I personally like the mint in this masque, something about the cooling sensation makes me feel like all my pores are tightening up. Works great for spot treatment as well. This is recommended for oily skin so if you have dry skin, use it sparingly. The Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque was ranked #1 in Elle's article for recommended drugstore masks. 4) NYX soft matte lip cream in Abu Dhabi

Love the soft matte lip creams. They're pretty much true to being soft, matte & creamy. The soft matte lip creams comes with a doe foot applicator. Abu Dhabi is a new color to my collection & is perfect for a natural lip color for my skin tone. I like pairing it with MAC whirl lipliner or Chanel Nude.

5) ELF Makeup Mist & Set

MAC Fix + dupe for $3! I love my Fix + but it can get pretty expensive especially since I use it religiously. I found the ELF Makeup Mist & Set to be a great alternative to Fix + & use it to dampen my beauty blender when applying foundation/concealer or as a mixing medium.

6) L'oreal True Match Super Blendable Makeup

This has been one of my favorite drugstore foundations for light to medium coverage. As noted on the bottle, this formula is super-blendable & has a broad spectrum SPF 17. It's oil-free and suitable for all skin types. The finish is natural. The shade I've been using is Sun Beige W6 - a true match to my skin tone which is usually an NC40 in MAC! The consistency of this formula is a little runny but not too runny like say, MAC Face & Body. The True Match Super Blendable line has 33 shades & is less than $10. I definitely recommend this drugstore foundation to anyone who's looking for a medium coverage + natural finish.
Hope you enjoyed this mini haul. Xo.
